They were really friendly and kind. We arrived super spontaneously after our flight got cancelled. We received a warm welcome and extra sheets (for a small fee) bc we had a 3.5 yo sleeping in our room. The two rooms we had were reasonably clean and spacious enough for an overnight stay. The food was good and the very fresh juices amazing! Definitely recommended for tired travelers that just need a room to relax

I have been staying often in this hotel since before the pandemic and the location fits my purpose. Upon arrival I had an issue with the airport pick but this was resolved swiftly by Ivan in a professional manner. Also during my stay there was an issue with my room of which Ivan dealt with it without fuss. Ivan who is in charge of the front desk is an attentive member of staff and the only one who speaks English very well. I mentioned this because Ivan is very accomodating, he is an asset to this hotel and made my stay a pleasane one.

A nice clean hotel in vicinity of JKT airport. Simple but comfy rooms, effective and friendly staff, good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport is a big plus. In general, simple but very functional hotel near airpot, ideal for short stays between the flights. Would use it again.

The rooms are quiet and adequately clean. Its value for money and hot water pressure shower. I must mention Ricky the housekeeping attendant exceeded my expectations with the speed he cleaned my room, to perfection and high level of respect for my personal belongings. He knows what hospitality is all about.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, good restaurant and nice staff. The airport shuttle (one-way) was a bonus. The room was small but had everything we needed. I would definitely come here again.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and a great place to relax. What I liked and impressed most was the friendliness of the entire staff, especially Pipit ❤️, who was very attentive upon our arrival and helped us with transportation from the airport to the hotel, which is a great benefit.

Close to the airport Nice and welcoming personal Food delicious It is comfortable if you need to spend a few nights. The room is small but provided with a comfy bed, a clean bathroom.

The room was very clean, and bed super confortable. You have free shuttle to/from airport included in room rate. Staff was very nice, especially Raja, Rahma & Dlla at reception. Bathrooms are super clean and shower is very nice. Perfect hotel for a one night transit in Jakarta. Very good value for money!!!

Nice and comfortable accommodation close to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and the shuttle service to the airport was a nice bonus.

d'Prima Hotel Jakarta 2 is a 20 minute shuttle journey from Jakarta airport. And although the area it's located in is not an appealing neighbourhood it is a well organised hotel and good for JKT airport stopovers. Hotel caters to large touring groups
